Question on camera mounting in keyhole.
Today my cousin and I mounted a small camera in the keyhole of his trunk. Went pretty smoothly but the image is flipped. Is there a converter or something i can use to get the right image to display on the screen? I know it is kinda broad but car is completely stock, 2003 s2000, some generic screen normally used for headrests and a 100 dollar spy cam from fry's. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Flipped left to right? I don't think this is easily correctable since you should see what the camera sees. Since you are looking the opposite direction, it will look backwards.
Yes, this is exactly the case and we have already realized this but it seems like for how common this is done, there has to be a way to correct it. Can anyone else share some input?

I agree, there has to be adaptors. Look at the cheap audiovox video bags. Some of the units the screen can flip up and around to be held a different direction, and there's a push button switch under the screen that flips the image vertically so it's upside right, and it works even with an AUX input from an external DVD player. Search around on the net and I'm sure you'll find one. Maybe http://www.partsexpress.com might carry one.
