Question an a 2-channel amp.
The pic shows a 2-channel amp thats on bridged mode. Since its a 2-channel amp, according to the manual, the amp will only handle two speakers and one sub woofer. (Correct me if I'm wrong). But this picture shows the amp is powering the sub only.
I believe the four interior speakers are connected to the head unit. I'd like to amplify the two speakers in the fronts. (JL audio)
In the pic, it says "Speaker level input". Can I add speaker wires to this terminal to connect to two of my cabin speakers? or is that a no no. Thanks.

the speaker level input is there for people who want to run an amp off of a deck with out rca out puts. basically you'd run a wire (pos/neg.) from the left and right channel of either the front or rear speakers to the amp, and it would get it's signal that way, as apposed to using rca's on an aftermarket deck.
so no, you cannot hook up speakers to the speaker level input spot

From my understanding this amp can handle just two speakers and a sub. From seeing this pic from the manual. How do I physically do this?

Can I connect speaker wires in the vacant output terminals shown here to the front speakers?:

You can not hook up both speakers and a sub. You can either do two speakers (not bridged) or one sub (bridged like you have it). If you want to amp your speakers, I would suggest buying a mono amp for the sub and then using the one you already have to amp your speakers.
