Problem W/ New Speakers
Ok to be honest I know nothing about car audio...but I do know how to wire speakers. But here's my problem:
I have a 94 Honda Civic EX 2 Door 5 Speed.
I just installed new rear speakers, Pionneer 250w.
Whenever I will just be playing music, all of the speakers will all of a sudden just stop working, both front and back speakers. This does this for like 5 minutes then they turn back on, then they will turn back off, and so on.
BUT, If i put all of the fade to the front, this wont happen...I just want it to be normal does anyone have any ideas??

Are your rear speakers 4 ohm or lower? It sounds like they are lower than 4 ohm, and your internal amp is overheating and shutting down.

This is only happening when you play all four speakers then when you fade to the front the problems stops? And you just put in new speakers? You need to check the rear speakers for a short somewere next to were you installed the speakers. I bet the speaker leads are coming into contact with the car body and its overheating the headunit by shorting out.
