Hey Guys, I installed my Clifford Alarm a while back, and never knew what wire was for the parking light flash. Does anyone know what this wire is and a detailed explanation of where it is? I tried doing a search but didnt come up with anything.

I don't personally know the exact color code, but the wire will give out a low current pulsed output to activate the parking lights.

This wire will NEED to be connected to a relay, because its low current and the alarm was not designed to power the lights (ditto if installing courtesy light)

Please also install a diode inline with the parking light wire, and any other flashing light outputs to prevent certain methods of disabling the system.

the alarm has wire details on the brain itself.

 

are you asking what color wire/location it is for the parking wire on your car (which you didn't specify what you drive).. or are you asking which wire from the alarms wiring harness is the parking light flasher wire? what model # Clifford do you have?

 

red and black wire above fusebox hope that helps. Finishing the install right now.
