Default Panasonic Aux IN problem

hey guys i recently got a zune player and hooked it up to my aux in on my deck. Prob is its extremely quiet even with the deck turned all the way up and the zune all the way up. any idea? Deck is 1.2 yrs old panasonic cq c5410

in the menu there may be an aux input setting that you can turn the level of audio through aux on your panasonic.

Are you absolutely sure you are plugged into the AUX inputs and not a set of the outputs, as very low volume is what you would get if you are plugged into one of the RCA outputs. 94

yup im sure its the aux inputs, says on the ribbon right on them. As for a aux setting menu, i dont see one

There is no AUX "menu" other then to turn it on, pressing source button untill AUX comes up.
What kind of adapter are you using? 94

adapter to hook up the zune? im just using the head phone jack/rca's. Ive looked all over in the panasonic manual and theres no aux setting. Its just press source to select Aux and thats it. Maybe its defective
