Default ohm load

which ohm load should i get if i have a mono amp and want to power 2 subwoofers? may seem like a dum question.

depends on the amp and the speakers. One ohm load does not put out any more power than another.

First figure out what ohm your subs are then you can figure out what ohm the amp can handle. for instance if you have one sub with a dual 4ohm voice coil, your going to want to link it in parallel to get the maximum power from your amp, so you will need an amp that can handle a 2ohm load.
