Neons are super easy to install. Need to hook the red wire to a source of power (fuse block, ignition harness, battery, etc...) and black wire goes to ground...

Ground means to attach the wire to a structural metal part of the car, thereby creating a return path to the negative terminal on the battery...

Grounding a wire means connecting it to ground, [neg. terminal of batt.] and as our cars are neg. ground the chassis of the car is ground, if you look above you drivers kick panel you should be able to see some wires "bolted" to the "A" pillar, they are grounds, and just about any metal surface in the car is a ground.

The other wire should be a 12V+ you can use one of the free pins on the fuse box for it, [depending on what year you car is] 94

im sorry i dont understand you fully.
i understand that i need to wire the red wire to a power source, which i'll use the battery.

but the grounding wire, i just connect it to any metal part in my car almost? the neons are going into my trunk so i could take the flooring to my trun,k out and just connect it to the metal bottom? and it will work?

another thing, how do i run a wire from the battery to my trunk where i want my neon lighting to be? and also i read something about a fuse, i will need to add a fuse for this?

im sorry im so much trouble lol
thanks

Has any one ever had neons under the dash of a civic set off your check engine light?
One of my installers a like 3 years back bought a new civic and when he installed is neons under the dash it set off his check engine light and he took it back to the dealer and they reset it. At that time they also said setting somthing like a box or book on the seat could set it off because of the side impact air bags, if the object or person was not seated properly it would disable the side airbags so as not to cause addtional injury by deploying the airbags. Now it sounded pretty crazy to me at the time but I was just kinda like whatever. I have never heard of any problems liek this since and was wondering if any one else had ever heard this.

If you're going to get neon lights, take it from me (i've gone through many of them), pay a few extra bucks and get a LED setup. They look the same as regular lights, length wise, but have LEDs instead of a normal tube. They will not break, as easily, as a standard neon.

If it did, what size is it?
If it did not what size do they recommend you use?
I also noticed that it does not come with a switch
What is the model and year of your Honda? 94
