Looks like a basic immobilizer, with the "kill" relay built in, [white 2pin plug. black leads].
The "kill" relay/immobilizers leads will be connected to the cars ign. or starter lead, most likely. 94

Follow the 2 black leads to where they are connected to the cars wiring, an immobilizer is normally connected to the ign. lead or starter lead, in your case it will be the black/yellow, [ign.] or black/white, [starter], however, the leads can be connected to any number of leads to keep the car from starting.

Let me ask you this, do you have the remote for it, does it work?
If so, what does it disable, will the engine turn over but not start, [ign. disable] or will engine not turn over, "crank", [starter kill]? 94

no i dont have the remote, and if i undo it than it will not turn over or anything, want to wire up a turbo time through it and possible make it into my alarm system if at all possible.

Turning it into an alarm system is not possible, if you do not have a remote for it, remove it, if unplugging it prevents the engine from turning over, it is connected to the cars starter lead, use a piece of wire to jump the two pins in the two pin plug, [car side], if car starts follow the black leads to where they are connected to the cars wiring, remove them and reconnect the cars wires to each other, then install your turbo timer, or better yet get an alarm/remote start with turbo timer built in. 94

Cut the black wires before the plug and solder them back together. All that is is a basic alarm with a starter kill that someone got at autozone or pep boys. If you want a real alarm go with one from DEI.

I have dealt with DEI alarms for numerous years now and they are not the most reliable alarm available. And yes, they were "professionally" installed by so-called certified installers.

It is not an alarm, it is an immobilizer, there are not near enough leads on it for it to be an alarm.
Even though cutting the plug off the black leads and connecting them together will work, it is not the correct way to do it. 94
