Default need some clarification

I just wired in a new headunit. my question is it ok that i have it the following way or should it be done a alternate way.

on my signal wire its spliced from the hu the following way


- -- signal to radio signal wire
headunit - - signal to amp
- -- signal to stock radio harness

Sigh... Use proper terminology and you won't have people asking you to clarify...

Are you talking about the remote turn on lead from the headunit?

Unless you have a factory-amplified system, which I don't think you do in a Del Sol, you don't need to wire the remote turn on lead into the factory radio harness at all.

no 08 altima, and i apologize i refer to it as the signal wire
