i was wondering what kind of speakers would give better sound clarity/bass. i dont plan on installing a sub/amp, just a deck and speakers on an integra. i was wondering what kind of speakers u guys recommend. any info appreciated. thanks alot.

 

i think i plan to get infinity speakers. what kind do you guys recommend? and for an 2001 ITR. both the front and rear speakers are 6.5 correct?

 

Infinity is ok. Just make shure you get 6.5 separate components for the doors and 6.5 coax or triax for the rear panels.

 

so the speaker components go up front and the regular speakers go in the back? what infinity speakers do you recommend for sound clarity and bass?

simply put: yes

 

are rear speakers even necessary? does it improve sound in the front? cuz..rarely do i have 3 people in the car
and do the kappas fit w/o modification?!

umm i think if u get the 63.5 kappas they need a little modification in the back... i hav heard.... mayb that was an g2 integ though

and am guessin it would sound much better with rear

 

Rear speakers do give a better sound because you get sound from all 4 corners. I finally put some rear speakers in and it sounded so much better than just the fronts. But then again if you have a loud sub then it will probably take away the sound from the rear and they won't make much of a difference.

 

so which infinity speakers front/rear will need no modification in an 01 itr. i think this is my last question

I would go with MbQuart components or Morel components, both my be alittle more coin, but they are worth it
