Default Kill switch ?

I was wondering, for all the people using kill switches have you ever had any problems with them. Like them malfunction and causing big problems ? If anyone does not want to respond for any reason, feel free to IM me.

I never had any problems at all. Ran mine for like a month or so. Just basic speaker wire and a switch. No big deal.
