Default Installing Fuel cut off switch

Ok I was reading the directions and i was wondering if there is another place I could put the switch, other than under the dash (cause that is real obvious) or the rear driver's panel (because everyone that reads this form knows that). I was thinking under the seat or in a different section of the panel. but every thing I think of there's something in the way of me doing it. Any sugestions?

That would be the coin tray not the ash tray, the PGM-FI Main Relay should be directly behind it.

Hint... instead of installing the switch on the fuel pumps power lead, install the switch on the PGM-FI Main Relays ground lead, [ground for fuel injectors relay coil] this is a low current ground, [ under 250mA] so a very small switch can be used, making it easier to hide.
cutting the ground to the PGM-FI Main Relay will cut power to the fuel injectors, the fuel pump, a number of sensors and the ECU/ECM. 94

Doing the main relay kill will not trigger a code.

Why don't you just advertise where you're putting your switch?

Also, why not put the switch in one of the blanks right above the coin tray? It'll be just as easy to find, and you won't have to go through all that trouble of opening the tray to start your car...

The whole point of a "well hidden" kill switch is to, well, hide it well...

Try another spot.

A friend of mine with an EK Hatch bought his car with a fuel cut off switch on a panel in the back seat. Its just within his reach while hes sitting in the driver seat. You cant see it all unless you pull the seat up. Very inconspicuous! Good luck!
