Default install cost for components

how much would it cost to have 6.5 front components installed on my '99 integra?


please list retail (best buy etc.) and independent shops

It depends on were you take it. And how its done. If they are going to rewire the front doors or use the factory wiring. Cost should be from 70-150

we charge $80 for basic component install, [speakers that fit] you can spend up to $500 to have the same speakers installed, W/ custom MDF speaker housings, [to replace the stock plastic ones] dynamating, [labour only] and running wiring into the doors. 94

The private shop I use to work at charged $70. That using factory into door wiring. To run aftermarket wire into the door upps the price to $100. And we'd make MDF plates if the speaker required them at no extra charge. Why?...I don't know.

At circuitcity, we normally charge 104ish dollars plus 10.99 for a speaker harness. That is a basic component install.
