I forget off the top of my head, but I might still have the instructions at work. You have to like hit and hold the button between TAPE and CD on the right side of the radio (it actually looks like a plastic seperator that sicks out between the two buttons, but it its self is infact also a button).

it was something like turn the key on to II, turn it off, turn it back to II, turn it off, turn it to II, push and hold that little button and i *THINK* at that point the locks should do something, and then you press a button on the remote and they should do something again.

Or it might be the locks won't flick until after the button on the remote is pushed and not the first time i said they would

The instructions I had broke it down into like a 9 step process....

EDIT&gt; II == the ignition posistion, where the Idiot lights come on

that .pdf has a misprint, OFF is marked 0, not I...

and damn, those are for a 96-98? I know the 99 had it that way, but the instructions I got from the dealership for a 97 used the button on the radio... weird
