help sub problem

I have two jl audio tens when I turn my music to the left the I get no bass but when I put it to the right the right one play and when in the middle they both play is there a problem.

You have mono input going into the amp. Not a problem really, since bass normally is the same on both channels. Most people have only one sub anyway.
