Default help me pick

hey guys I'm looking to do a general upgrade of my cars sound system I'm not looking for subs or amps as i drive a crx with no rear cargo cover so they would be easily viewable by anyone near it. What I'm looking to do is get a new HU and new front and rear speakers and maybe a small amp to add some umpf to those speakers. I'm looking to spend around 200 bucks for the Head unit and 100 bucks for the front and another 100 bucks for the rear speakers please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Get an Alpine HU, and some standard 6.5" speakers for the front, Eclipse has some nice ones, [it's what I have] so does Infinity, forget about rear speakers fr now, unless there is something wrong with them, if so, use the/a front speakers that you will replace anyway.

A CRX is a small car, and a "high power" HU will get you quit a bit of "umph" you can always add an amp if it's not enough "umph" later on. 94

I would go with some components up front that don't need a lot of power so you can run them off your deck. and like fcm said... don't worry about the back speakers. Pioneer makes some nice looking HU also.
