component speaker recommendations????
i'm looking to get some component speakers for my 92 civic hatch and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on a good set for front and rear.
here's what i've been thinking of getting for the front/rear combo:
Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1/5.1
Alpine SPR-60C/SPR-50C
Rockford Fosgate T2652-S/T252-S
I'm also open to other brands but looking to get the best bang for my buck.

Are you planning to amp the speakers? I only ask because you will never get those speakers true potential off HU power.
I have alpine Type R components in my civic, and i'm very happy with them. Very loud, and clear... However I'm giving them about 100 watts.

Ditto the above^^^ bring your favorite music and check out speakers at your local retail outlet, then decide.
FYI, you do not need rear component speakers, technically you do not need rear speakers at all, stereo is two channels left and right, if you want rear speakers, install a pair of midrange/mid-bass speakers in the rear and wire them in mono, it will give you some "rear fill" and prevent left/right bias and improve imaging. 94

I have the Kappa Perfect 6.1's and they're awesome. I also have a set of kappa 5.25 coaxials in the rear. Both make a great set up in my opinion.
