Default HELP, electrical problem!

OK, this is pissing me off. i changed my battery the other day now my car is all jacked up. Lets start with me changing and pulling batts for years n years to removes tannys ect. never have i had anything happen. 1st, every light on the car works jus fine except for the low beams. no headlights, highs works fine along with everything else. i checked a few things, fuses n relays r good. 2nd, radio will not tune a station. yes i put the code in! every preset lets u listen to the same wrong channel on every station. sat. radio wont work either. blower motor noise, blinker, sunroof all can be heard thru the speakers when in use. wtf???

Have you measured your battery voltage with a volt meter?

If you haven't, first measure the voltage with the engine at idle in order to verify that your charging system (alternator) is working properly. 13.5 - 14.5 volts at idle is typically representative of a properly functioning alternator.

After you've verified that the above checks out, measure your battery with the engine off. 12.6 volts would indicate a properly charged battery with the engine off.

sorry, its 06 rsx s.

i checked the grounds, everything is intact. no burn marks or anything.

i have no volt meter but everything else on the car works perfectly fine. not even a dim of the headlights when fan and a/c kicks on.

the headlight problem ended up being both bulbs blown. which is pretty weird to me. ive never blown as much as a fuse while pulling batts let alone blowing bulbs out.

it gets even better....now i have a CEL. the scanner wont read at all or pull a code.
