whats the best amp i could get for $200?

Yep need more info....

Sub amp, you can get the JBL 1200.1 MONO amp for under $200.

while more power for the sub is generally better you have to watch out for the power rating on some of the cheaper amps. you've probably seen just as much as i have, amps that claim 1000W or more and have somethign like a 50amp fuse or less.
