Default help?

ok i am looking for a good mono amp and i was thinkin about a rockford fosgate 1500 watt one but i dont know much about sound systems ok here is the question if i get 2 12 inch subs would the amp put out 1500 watts to both or them or just to one of them this is what i dont understand?

I RF 1500 is a mono amp, meaning one channel spits out 1500 watts at 2 ohms. So if you have two subs and the amp turned up all the way each one would get 750 watts which is enough watts to power even the best subs. RF1500

The amp rating is for TOTAL rms power.
