Default is this a good deal?

called for a quote on tint today and this is what they told me.

$140=
llumar 35% all around
5 year warranty
it will take 40 mins.

i thought tint usually takes 2+ hours?? i know you can't tell much from google reviews but it does have good reviews.

Depends on the quality of their work, I would hang around the shop and check out cars that have just been done, not their cars or a demo car, ordinary customers cars.

How long it takes will depend on two things, how good the installer is, how good the work is.

I could easily do 4 windows in 40 min., would it be a good job, not likely, passable maybe, on the other hand the guy, Cool Hand Luke, that did my Teg, took a little over 1hr and he did 4 windows and the hatch and it is flawless, the hatch was done with 5 pieces and you can not see the seams. 94

Wow I didn't know they still do 5pcs. tint, at least on a TEG. regarding time however, it really depends on what time of year, especially if you live in areas where temp goes bellow freezing. Could be done in less than an hour, but result quality depends on how much time is put in cleaning window(prep work).
