Default False floor

I've got one 10" Orion sub I'm going to put in my 1991 Civic hatch. I really don't want to add tons of weight but a small box will take up a lot of roomin my tiny trunk.

Anyone have any ideas on how I can do this while not adding 200lbs to my car. Someone recommended fiberglass but that sounds difficult.

How much would a basic false floor with the box built into the spare tire hold weigh? I'd guess maybe 20lbs more than a regular box?

In order to get the most airspace out of your wheel well, you are going to need to make the enclosure out of fiberglass.

If you build it properly, you can make a glass one lighter then wood and it will sound just as good.....

search under my user name and fiberglass and you will find a walkthrough that I wrote recently

I've posted plenty of glass material on this board, so a search will get you started.
