i have checked and changed my grounding place on both my amps three time and this still happens....... what esle besides bad grounding could be the problem?

the equipment your using is garbage... make sure your ground is good and your RCAs arent pinched anywhere.

Have you tried a better ground for the head unit? I have had a very similar problem in the past & fixed it by using a better ground than the one provided through the stock radio harness.
