Default Compustar Remote Start Question

I had a Compustar alarm with remote start installed on a 2010 CR-V.
The remote start works, but triggers the Honda alarm when the Compustar remote start is used.
I've made sure the Honda alarm is off when leaving the vehicle.
What do I need to do to remote start the CR_V without having the horn sound?

Thanks in advance,
Manny

At any point you leave your factory alarm off it automatically arms it self on those CR-Vs. Did you have the alarm installed by a shop? There is a factory disarm wire in the drivers kick panel(driver door wire harness) its a solid brown wire. The alarm/starter should have a disarm wire coming out of the alarm box that needs to be connected. Pull the drivers kick panel off and find the wire harness that goes to drivers door and check if any wires go from the alarm box to this brown wire.

Thanks.
Got to the installer today and a programming change solved the problem.

Thanks again.
