I was wondering if anybody is using the Compustar 2WSS-AS/2WSSR alarm and has successfully added the additional "emergency" one-way remote? If so, how did you program it?
I have the 2WSSR alarm unit and the manuals on Compustar's website say you can add a one-way remote, and I've followed their directions, but it ain't working. I got the pager to work just fine, and I'm normally pretty good at this stuff. The only thing I can maybe think might be wrong is that it is probably one of the first 2WSSR/AS to come out, so maybe they didn't have the ability for the one-way remote yet??

It should work , you must program all remotes at the same time, turn ign. on then off to acc,[not all the way off] 5 times, on the 5th time leave it on ign. push the lock/unlock button or the lock if there both a lock and an unlock button on all remotes ,[one at a time] that you want to program, the parklights, [if wired] will flash each time it learns a remote. 94
