92 stock Eg Hatch
I just finished wiring my system, 2 speakers amp and subs, and my amp wont turn on, can you help please?
I think its the remote but idk.

Why would it be the remote? Is the amp getting power? Check the grounds and make sure you have the power wire run from the deck harness to the amp so the amp gets power when the deck turns on.

the power wire is the "remote" because when power is sent it tells the amp to turn on like any remote to any device.

if ur power line(from battery) has an inline fuse, which it should, check that it didnt blow and as stated check ur grounding

Right. For some reason I was thinking along the lines pf remote control. Yes. The remote power wire is what I was talking about.

just to clarify: the amp needs 2 powers to turn on, 1 from the battery (constant power)and 1 from the stereo (only when stereo turns on) and a ground, to turn on. You didnt have the radio on while hooking up the amp did you?
