Default car alarm problems

well i installed my new 2 way paging dei alarm and i got the alarm itself to work, got all the inputs wired up, but im having a hard time getting the fuel kill to work, i used the write up and used a 4 pin relay, using the orange wire off the main 7 pin harness and it wont give it power when i turn the key to the on position? what am i doing wrong here?

Hard to say what you did wrong with discription supplied.

By "4 pin relay' do you mean a SPST relay, if so it is the wrong relay if you are using the ground out when armed lead, [orange] from the alarm.
A SPST relay is N/O, [normally open] and closes when energized, alarm armed.

What lead have you installed the relay on? 94

thats probably the problem then, its a 4 pin relay (only relay radio shack had in stock) i guess i will order a new relay and see if that works
