It's also illegal, but that won't stop me. If an officer needs to see it, I can show them.

I have a full type R interior but not an R its interior and other possesions located in the vehicle like snap on tools ranging from sockets to a their diagnostic computer That arent even payed off yet. And my computer which was just finished being payed off.
I resent that remark it isnt full R the front is all R excluding the dash and rear paneling wich is for the LHD SI'R that I got from some guy in the UK. Other than that the exterior and such looks like a **** box right now.

What?
What?
Yeah I always thought this was a good idea if you had manual locks.

What I have done is removed the locking and unlocking rods from the doors (both outside AND IN). The only way to lock or unlock them will be from the alarm or inside the car VIA the switch. The "unlock" part of the switch will be deactivated when the alarm is armed. This will be done with a relay trigged by the ground when armed wire.
So basically a thief will have to craw through the window to get in AND out of my car. I plan on adding a manual override unlock method for safety.
I remember reading about someone else doing something similar (disabling the unlock feature) with diodes (and I'm sure a relay as well) but cannot seem to find that info anywhere. If someone knows about it please let me know. I am still in the design part of this layer and as of right now I might have to have relays in both doors and would like to avoid that.
A much easier way I have also considered is just unhooking the door switches and using a factory moon roof or other type of stealth switch. This would be the much easier way for those interested.

Info on the moon roof switch idea for the newer Integras. There are 4 wires on the moonroof switch:
A GRN/YEL
B BLK
C GRN/RED
D GRN
In order to wire the moonroof switch to operate the power locks, do the following:
terminal B, BLK will be cut and not used
terminal D, GRN will need to be wired to chasis ground
terminal A, GRN/YEL will need to be wired to the power door unlock circuit. this will be a BLK/RED wire if you choose the passenger side lock switch, or a GRN/RED wire if you choose the driver side lock switch.
terminal C, GRN/RED will need to be wired to the power door lock circuit. this will be a BLK/WHT wire if you choose the passenger side lock switch, or a GRN/WHT wire if you choose the driver side lock switch.
Passenger lock button wiring can be found in a large loom of wire in the drivers kick panel. driver side lock button wiring can be found in the drivers door. The easiest way to do this is unhook both switches and tap into the passenger side wiring.

My question would be, what happens if the alarm/remote fails or the batt. is dead?
You do know a crook will just bust the window, in fact locking your doors really only keep honest people out of your car, anyone wanting in will get in, personally I prefer that a crook triggers my alarm by opening the door, not by busting my window, either way they get in, either way the alarm goes off.

I climb through the trunk. Thats my backup for power failure. I have done it b4 and will do it again. Yes they will get in, but climbing through the window will surly slow them down a good bit and will completely stop about 90% or more of the thieves in my area. If they destroy my car in the process oh well. They could trash the car and I will still be ok. As long as you leave the engine and at least 1/4 of my parts in the car I can make due with ins.
My seats cost over 2k$ alone... Is that a good enough reason or should I go on?

I got serious about security after I got my recaros. RSX's aren't exactly theft targets around here, but my seats just ***** attention.

Sweet. A gun does you so much good when you're sleeping and they're driving off with your car.
