I have a Memphis 1000D... It was workin perfectly fine in my car...then i tried to put it in my friends car, the protection light(red light) blinks and then just stops, and thats it... this also happens in ANOTHER car that doesnt have any problems with wiring. someone please help!!

 

If the red light is on on a 1000d, you broke it. It wont work again without being serviced.

overcurrent or something.....service. if you know electronics you can fix it your self.
