Default Alpine Amp

Hey, i just got a brand new Alpine MRp-M200 amp. On the box it says Mono Power Amplifier 200Wx1 RMS 150Wx1 RMS 300W Max. i have 2 10" pioneer subs in a box and i was told that i could still hook them up to this amp but it would sound like sh*t? would you guys recommend me selling the subs and getting 1 12" sub in a box or just hookin the 2 10's up to this? thanks

If you're going to keep the amp....sell the subs and pick up a JL Audio 10W3 or other high quality 10-inch (cleaner) or 12-inch (louder) sub.

Well depending on the Amp. Since those two subs are both 4ohm subs your amp should be able to handle a 2 ohm load, since the best way to power those is with a 2ohm stable amp. If you want to keep your amp, I would get one 12 inch sub or 1 10 inch sub and bridge the amp to one channel that way you get the most power out of the amp.
