96 integra amp hookup
Hi I was woundering what you would hook the blue wire upto on the radio. I have no blue wire on my radio harness is it just a wire to tell you the radio on can I just hook it up to the switched on power wire. I'm completly lost when it comes to radio wireing

The blue wire is a turn-on wire for a separate amp. If you're not running a separate amp, just tape it off. If you plan on adding an amp later on, I'd hook up a length of wire to the blue wire on the harness as well as an RCA cable and either run it all the way back to the trunk, or just tuck it into the kick panel for now. It'll save you the time of tearing apart the console to get to the back of the radio.

All it is a 12v positive when radio is turned on. Either makes the power ant. go up or kicks on an amp. Aftermarket head unit will have one or two wires for this purpose. Your oem harness has a wire going to the power antennae, you can look that up and tap into it. I wouldn't hack up the wiring in your car though, just get a harness adapter to make things easy. It will have a blue wire.
