what is your budget and what do you plan on powering these speakers with?
as for the back, sure its possible to customize it to hold more speakers, but its pointless if you're looking for any kind of sound quality.

Rear speakers are something to fill the rear when you have passangers riding so they can hear more music, in my opinion.
Focus on the front stage and getting good imaging; rear fills can mess with imaging and overall SQ.
You can get some decent 6.5" components for the front for less than $200/set. CDT-Audio, some last year's MB quart, even Focal i've seen some clearance sets close to $200; various vendors may not necessarily be auth'd dealers tho. Find a decent 2ch or bridge a 4ch, and if you must have rear fill, power these with the head unit. Sound deadening will go a long way at improving the midbass and overall SQ in the front.

I know the eg hatches, well actually I saw the gathers panel, that can hold 4 speakers all together in the back. Why would more be bad ?

SQ can be hard to achieve if you have rear fill. Focus on the front, getting it to have responsive and strong but not overpowering mid, good imaging, because most of the sound you hear in your driver's seat is coming from the front. More speakers can mean more volume, but more volume doesn't mean better SQ.
