I finalized my plans for the interior and did some measurements and drawings. It's gonna look nice...

(And still be light...)

Well, remove the rear seatbelts and mounting brackets, etc. and just clean it up as best as possible.

You know the little cardboard thing that comes with the car that covers the spare tire well?

I made one a long time ago out of thin wood. I'm gonna do it again except cover the entire spare tire well, so the rear floor is flat. It wil start where the little ridge is and go all the way to the back.

Then, carpet the rear with adhesive spray and black carpet I already bought. I believe it will look nice...

definately. the carpet will go well under the trim. no red will be visable. The wood will be able to just slide out though so the bottle can fit in on track days though...

Well, I managed to get one of my new seats in tonight.

Before I say anything else, let me say, NEVER TRY TO PUT A CRX SEAT IN A HATCH! It was a complete ******* and I had to custom make brackets. Thank God my Dad had a bunch of scrap metal and bars laying around. Unfortunately he had no power saw so I had to hack-saw everything. Nothing bolted up right, and I had to eventually come to a choice: sliders or safety.</TD></TR></TABLE>

YES YES YES! i gave up on my CRX seats! everyone said it would be easy to fit in my hatch! YEAH RIGHT!...
GOOD Work! keep it up!

Thanks.

I threw the back seats in and wired up some rear-speakers for the 3.5 hr. road trip tomorrow.

I almost ******* crashed tonight too. BIG *** ******* RIVER IN THE ROAD!!! Right around a blind corner too...

I hit it going about 45. Had no time to slow down, just the in the clutch and held on. Glad I didn't get a cold air intake...

Just for the hell of it, I tallied my total that I've spent on the car performance-wise, including the future nitrous fuel management and the cost of the car itself.

Came out to just shy of $3500. LO BUK! I think that will be my new lisence plate...

I don't know, Jon never got close enough to look. Maybe someone who knows could shed some light on it?

I actually got some work done on the car today. I mounted the nitrous soldenoid, fuel soldenoid, and plumbed the fuel lines. I also took off the stickers on the soldenoids so they don't scream "Nitrous Express". They are just two inconspicuous black boxes hidden under the fuel filter.
