Glad I didn't fork out the money for bride rails haha. I'm sure the fitment is much better on them than my f1spec rails and sidemounts though haha. I could use some of those spacers you have for sure!

Dude when I say they were shitty I mean not only was the finish crap but I had to ovalize 2 holes on the mounts to get them to line up to the oem seat holes in my EG. I was PO'd.

My buddy club rails on the other hand are great. The only thing that sucks about them are the dinky seat brackets, thats why I decided to tackle this project.

Another quick project I did today on this lazy sunday

I decided I didnt like the gloss finish on my carbon inserts so I wetsanded them and cleared them with some flat clear spray to give them that dry carbon look. The Memoryfab bucket will also be getting this treatment when the new brackets are ready!

wow that bracket came out nasssty!!

One thing I didn't like with the buddy club rails is they tend to move on there own. Sometimes when i went to step on the brake/gas the seat would just fly back, def a safety problem. Ive heard many complaints about this too from numerous people.

I think the reason for that is the rails aren't positioned exactly the same on both sides. Mine did that when I was setting up my seat when I first put it in and once I equalized the sliders it hasn't happened since

My advice is if you really want silver or blue, dont settle for something else. Wait it out till you find just the right one

Flat finish FTW!! I was so much happier with the outcome when I used that finish on my crx dash compared to the gloss in the 4 door. Cars looking dope as usual
