The roll bar is done,
I put in some "b" piller braces to stifen the hell out of the top of my car:

I also added these harness holders:

welded up the hole where the rear window defrost wires went out side to the hatch and its ready to be shaved(wont be having that any more with the lexan rear hatch)

also welded the antenna hole ready to be shaved:

what this is, I cut out 1/2 of the croul so my carbs will have cooler air:

Here it is now:
Also if you are wondering about the pic above this one look right in front of the windsheld and you will see what I am trying to do;

Next its getting sand blasted and primered, if you take it to bare metal like I am going to do you need to use specal Etching primer.

yeah, its going to be painted just like that with no parts on it that I dont want paint on...

This is going to be a street car, The motor is going to be a built turbo brown top ZC/d16a1 but it wont have the vacume advance distributer. hopefully 180+ hp at the wheels. I havent statred the motor yet tho, first things first.

you should see if you could get some kind of sponsorship for the car cuz you're doing it from the ground up...just a thought...

Grrr still no sand blasting... but I did get some EDM action...
I dont really care for the clear coners pluse one of them is cracked so I am going to try to find some jdm ones... with the bump

Down here we have 'bead-blasting' as well....it shoots small plastic beads instead of sand...
The advantage, is that its nice and easy on metal and doesn't warp panels at all... (used a lot in the automotive industry)

this is not really an update... but I had to trasport my car to the body shop today... however I did not have a trailer...lol
