Panchoek's build thread
first off we'll start with new sway bar, went with ASR 25mm and new end links. quality looks great and everything fit really good, here it is compared to the old ITR

bought a rear diffuser also, still figuring out how to mount but that'll come later in the year
next came j's racing axle back. I didn't mind the Greddy that I had but wanted to try something different and also get some JDM style points. I would still love to have a Mugen twin loop though, maybe when I find a good deal on one

Got a tire rack from amazon for $40, worked great and bought another one for the race tires

New RE71r's installed

got an AEM afr gauge installed also, very easy install. made my own mount for the gauge from some aluminum angle iron and valve cover studs. could look better but I like that I made it and it does its purpose

local guy with weight scales was offering to the weigh the car and made adjustments and got the car to perfect 50% cross weight

and now some livery brought to you by Imports USA of Des Moines, Iowa

front splitter is off because I still have to get an alignment, first event is next week

Got a remote tune a few days before the first event, Derf tune was able to squeeze out 20hp which was great. First autocross of the season and ended up in 2nd place. It was cold and damp most of the day so I ran the re71'r which were only .5 seconds behind 1st on hoosier's. also got an alignment which was way off so hopefully make the 71's last a bit more

a few event updates along with install of a new front splitter blade and rear diffuser

the old plastic splitter blade was really starting to warp due to heat so I had to find a stiffer material. have always read about alumilite, so I went and bought a sheet. you can see the difference right away

and todays event with a new friend after the event
