Thank you.

I went to the races last night and I was like "dang I wish my car was done" Will be working on it tonight I hope.
I think I need to make a list of what needs to be done and work from there. I keep skipping from thing to thing, I need to do one thing at a time.

how close are you to the track, closest track for me is about an hour away. it sucks ***.

the bastards closed the one right by my house down, cause people just love to bitch about it when they had a house built by it knowing people raced at all hours. i hate some people

it's a no win there, they bitch from the track and then bitch about us on the street.

The closest 1/4 mile is about 1hr away too.

Freshin up the motor, body work, paint, wheels still need to be painted, tranny, some weld work, brakes, now a wheel bearing, tires, and exhaust.

On my girls car, re-install all the turbo stuff, new turbo has water lines so now I have to do that, paint the pipes, intercooler, re-weld the down pipe and get a tune.

I have to much to do. I have to work for the next 9 days, so not much will be happening.

Ok I have desided to just get the mount fixed that broke to save a little money

This is just a sack weld to hold it up, but you can see where is broke.

Me ether, I am kinda starting to get inpashient, the way I aways do. I need a tranny and really want a B16A one, but the Ls tranny are much easier to come by.

I just need to take my time and not rush, the car is just going to be for fun anyway.

Thanks again for all the complements!!!

so the shiift linkage was messed up??? do u think thats why the previous owner said the tranny was messed up??? cause im buying a b16 change over tomorrow and im buying it kinda cheap cause the owner said that the tranny was messed up. then he told me the shift linkage was rigged. so what im asking is could the sloppy shift linkage make it hard to put into gears 2and3?? im thinking about it. and it seems possible, but that might just be my wishful thinking. if it is then im lucky *** hell. but if not then im gonna have to get new gears. BUT a SHIFT LINKAGE WOULD BE A LITTLE BETTER ON THE POCKETS

lol yeah I know, I was thinking the same way. The back motor mount was broke and the links where BAD, and not even bolted up all the way.

But when I jacked the car up and took the tran plug off and nothing came out I new what had happend. So off to try and find a good B16A tranny, the LS one is starting to look much easyer to come by...............
