It was in pretty bad shape, and I was going to be drag racing this car, but now I am going to sell it when I am done. And I like them, don't really care what people think it RICE and what is not.

Hell If my holes are rice what about the people painting there cars with rollers?

lol you guys are a trip.....

Now why do I see something wrong with painting your car with a house paint...............common This white car was done this way and it's a mother to get off, it has NO UV protection, and it still cost as much as a Single stage paint job. Do it right or not at all.

Let say you do paint you car this way and letter you get it up so you can use real car paint.........this **** will use up so much sand paper!!!

Just my opinion like you with my bumper holes, or lifting your hood up in the back to make a cow hood. Show me it does not work............like I said, this was going to be a drag car. Rice is in he eye of the beholder and I may just put some 17's on here to rice it up a little more (no). lol Wait till I do the holes in the front bumper MWWWAAAAAHAHAHAHA MWWAAAAAHAHAHAHA

It rained here all weekend and my welder to a ****. So I went to my buddies work and used a nice Miller welder with gas.......( I gotta get me one).

So the othere door is all welded up and the wipper hole is welded so I just need to smoth it out and she is pretty much ready. The car it self drives like ****, not the motor just the sup. It really needs some work in that dept.

Great build!, question is will it ever be complete? What are those holes in the rear bumper for? Just looks, or is there a theory that it will make your car faster? IMO they look stupid, but they aren't that bad they would never be on my car.

It lets air out of the back bumper. Your bumper can play like a para shoot, so the holes let it out. (LIKE I SAID THIS WAS GOING TO BE A DRAG CAR NOW IT WILL BE SOLD WHEN I AM DONE.)

Well it is getting to be a pain in my *** that it rains everyday here.

Note: if you want to work all day drink the 5 hour energy drink, holy ****!!!
Had it not rained yesterday I think I could have finished the whole car.

OK, to the pics.

Hood is shaved and ready for paint.

Door:

Wiper hole:

And a little teaser

I may have to sand down the hood again, when I was sanding the black off I went a little to deep and scared it up pretty good, this may show up in the paint. O'well, I'll just hit it with the DA and call it a day. If the weather allows me I will hit it tonight after work.

Well nothing good as of yet, I went home yesterday and for once there was no rain. I started to get the doors and hood ready for paint. I guess it just was not my day. As I was painting it stared to get dark and with that comes the bugs, my gun was not shooting right, I spilled the ready to pore paint on my shoe. I just let it go for the night and will need to sand then hood and some of the door back down. Man I am pissed, but this is a good lesson in gun cleaning.

Ya, I just bought a brand new Prius off the Toyota lot, and it has orange peel. I really like the 50 mpg average, but the DA gets 30 mpg avg, so, not too bad.

My DA is for sale if anyone is interested and is posted in the for sale forum. $1800, and the price will continue to come down until I sell it.

It was not orange peel it was a jammed up gun. I also tired to do to much in a little spot and really did not have the room to get the hood covered right. But the hood is all fixed and ready for paint. The Fl heat SUCK ***!!!
