Well you got a lot of work on your hands to "de rice" it. If the doors were/are shaved properly then Id leave them and just do everything else stock.

Why do so many peeps spray paint thier cars? It makes it a pita when it goes to a real paint shop (not macco or earl sheib) because the painter has to strip all that crap off...spray paint likes to gum up sand paper too

Hope you get it all fixed...at least it has a b series in it and not a sbc

I hate exploding windows. They make me jump.

But honestly your car does need alot of work. They hood is a joke, if you put that thing on there it will completely ruin the car. You also need headlights, corners, fenders, and some bondo removal work. You have alot on your hands. But it will give you something to pass the time. Good luck.

When I very first read this Project I thought you were trying to make it ricey. But I am glad to hear you are turning her back stock.

If you need any help with bodywork questions feel free to ask. I will try to help you all I can.

no..

can you go find somewhere else to play cars

that car is a joke. You don't give a **** about how it drives, how it handles, or any technical aspect what so ever. You just want attention. Now you have attention.

It sounds like your trying to get it back to how it should be. And for that I give you props. But man you either have bad luck or that car hates you because it keeps breaking on you. lol. Those civic wheels look nice. How much did you pay for them if you dont mind me asking. And pics of them on would be great.

I think its half assed.. Now all your doing is following one trend and going into anther.

Put some effort in it bro, make the car your own.. just do it with passion not ebay

making a car clean and oem is a bit of a stretch to call that a trend.

granted since the rice thing went out of style it became all about JDM and whatnot, and if thats what your bitter about then why take it out on this guy?

he realizes the car wasnt in the best shape and hopes to improve it.

believe me i went so far as to arrange a mold and group buy which essentially turned into an 8 month wait for some custom hoods last summer just to try and do it my way, and while i don't regret it in any way, thats not for everyone.

after he gets the car clean again he can mod it in his own way, its pretty logical.

whats so bad about ebay? theres good oem stuff on there sometimes.

my suggestion for your si rims is to take it to this place New Jersey that does powder coating and get them done. let me dig up their website:

honda-tech thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=801850

main website:
http://www.trgcoating.com/color_chart.php

this is an example from their website of mugens they redid:

is that similar to what you had in mind?

btw i live somewhat near you, drop me a PM if you ever want to chat.

peace
