I started a build thread before but wasnt doing much to the car so I gave up.I have decided to start the thread over.This will be a long build as im working on a 99 ex.I got the car from a friend and its been sitting up for over a year and even though the body is straight,the car is dirty.I am just in the process of taking the car apart and cleaning it.I have a b16 swap ready to go in,but im debating on whether I should rebuild it back to stock specs (i live in cali,car has to be smogged),or just throw the stock b16 in and worry about a swap later.Im leaning toward just throwing the b16 in and figure out what I want to do from there whether its a GSR swap,LSvtec or b20 vtec or just throw a revamped b16 in there.So many options I cant decide so Ill decide later.

The PLAN:
Since the car is the vtec version it has disc brakes,sway bars and will have a b16.I do plan on changing out the rear sway,wire tuck,keep the car black,and ill figure out wheels later.I will just be doing maintenance and replacing the weather stripping and glass at first.
For the most part,the car will be a car im building because ive always wanted a del sol,I want to learn and will be a car ill drive from time to time.Might take it to some shows,some meets,maybe even the track from time to time.Overall,I want this to be a fun car.

The first thing I did when I got the car was get carpet and air bags.Comments,suggestions are welcomed and thank you for your time.I will be making updates weekly.
