i'm probably going to use a local tuner john kerr. j-k tuning. i have heard nothing bad about what he does. every car i've seen leave there ran awesome. if he's booked, i wouldn't mind trying jeff evans, but thats pretty far up north.
how is your radiator working out for you? i live in cali and i gets pretty warm and i think i got a radiator leak and 100 for a stocker seems pretty weak considering you got yours for like 90 something
WOOT! John FTW! him and Derek both do amazing work. Im going up there tuesday with my friend and hopefully in a few weeks to get a tune for myself when i get reboosted. Good luck man, doin what people frown upon and not caring

i have a few friends of mine that get or have gotten cars tuned up there, and he seems to be pretty damn good at it. i've been up there a few times, and the place seems pretty legit. not money hungry like other places i've seen or been too before.

today i took the wing off, and painted the steelies. the wheels look kinda weird. i used high temp grill paint. supposed to be flat black, but they look kinda brown. cost of paint was $4.99 and the wing removal, obviously free.

Not trying to call you out, but how well did you clean the steelies before you painted them?

i used some acetone and wiped them down. then i took a 3m pad, and scrubbed most of the brake dust off and scratched up the surface. then, i wiped them down again and then painted. i just got sick of the rusty/bluish steel look. i figured, black is better than rust lol. i have a set of wheels, i just need to pick them up from andy's house. and, i gotta get a tire for one of them. sometime i guess i'll get around to it.
