Default Milano Red Integra GSR

First off I would like to say Im a long time member, but never really had the urge to make a build thread untill now. I have had my integra since summer of 2005, it is a 2000 milano red GSR and it had about 67K miles when I got it. I didnt even know they made milano red gsr's, i had seen black, purple, white silver. So when I saw this one on a lonely car lot in San Diego, I was all over it. I didnt even start taking pictures of it back then so these are my oldest ones I think

No major dings or dents, but red paint is gone. Definitely need to respray exterior. Car was 100% stock when i got it but I could tell there was signs or a ricer owner in the past. Interior was super clean just needed to desperately condition the leathers to avoid cracking. I absolutely love this car, its been to mexico and back a handfull of times without any hiccups.

This car remained stock for a long time, only purchasing small items here and there so here is the progression

2-28-09
buddy club extended lugs
ITR rep front lip
New Falken 912
6K HID
KnN drop in air filter

some pics at work 5-30-09

fast forward a bit to 1-15-10
eibach pro kit/ illumina struts
Oem ITR front lip
Oem front license plate plugs
Oem H emblems F/R
Repainted whole car
Shaved side moldings

whole lot more updates to come!

Love your car. I'm trying to go a similar route with my GSR.

How do you like your Prokit/Illumina setup? Also, what specs did you go with for your 6ULs? Thanks in advance.

thanks dude, and for the suspension the springs are perfect for daily driving. They are soft and smooth like stock. The illuminas are awsome, the 5 way adjustability is very noticable from 1 to 5. There is still some body roll, but cornering is on point. I have gone to the local canyons and was surprised how well the car did.

The only down side is there is still wheel gap in the front, but at least I dont really worry about drive ways and speed bumps.

6uls are 15X7 +36 w wack falken 912 205-50-15(dz101 soon before the rainy season starts)

parts that I need to install:
jdm itr header w heat shield
22mm progress rear sway bar
rear camber kit
205-50-15 direzza

Thanks again. My GSR is a daily driver through the crappy streets of LA, so sounds like the perfect setup for that.

Good point, although I'm replacing the OEM manifold w a 98 jdm itr + OEM heat shield. I just need to mod the cat or get a test pipe.

Sorry for the lack of updates but here are a few. I just have been real busy at work and then when I get home I have to be a responsible husband and help my wife with the kids and all. But there is progress with the teg. Here is a little something I was playing with like 3 weeks ago.

stock

I had no idea the stock bulbs looked like this with the blue caps

my replacements

this is plain white bulbs without blue cap

and amber

by the way it was super hard to get these pictures shake free, shutter speed was slow because of low light in the garage since the doorwas closed and lights off. Challenging

Sorry for the lack of updates bees super busy and i have a tendency to procrastinate. Anyways I picked up a tranny Hasport mount and the driver side Hasport mount. Ive got to say these are quality pieces, well put together. I went with 70a durometer which were terribly stiff in the begining but softened up a bit after a few weeks. I also did a rear OEM mount with 3m window weld to stiffen up a bit. I read that the rear mount is what transfers most unwanted vibration to the cabin while driving so thats why I chose this route.

raw finish:

after polish:

rear mount: that 3m stuff is very messy
