Cheating on the EFSedan with an EEwagon :P
ah i see. up and down there a few times now and then. im about to go work on the wing a bit. definitely will post pictures.
thanks! yea i started with cardboard then pure foam but that expanded all over the place. i saw my dad use chicken wire on his home projects and it gave me that idea. made the structure and foamed it.
heres the progress on the wing. the layers of fiber glass are done. now its time to sand down before i lay down bondo.

todays progress. i sanded down the wing and got it as smooth as i could. then i laid down bondo before it got late. as far as i see it, its seems to be pretty straight. tomorrow i will sand it down and lay down another layer of bondo.
this wing is a bit heavy to my feel because this is the 1st/prototype. it has the chicken wires/foam/layers of fiberglass/bondo on it. if i can get a good amount of people interested in the wing after its perfection, i will produce a quantity of it and sell/ship it out. IF i can figure out where i can get gelcoat for the mold
on to the picture!!

this part has a flap that goes over the molding

thanks. fellas. theres a few flaws i notice and im hoping to fix it today. didnt get any pictures but i sanded down the wing yesterday and laid another coat of bondo on. the weight doesnt really matter to me at the moment as its a prototype.
if you are interested in the wing, please pm as i already laid out my plans with this wing to be reproduced. i think my price is reasonable.
i had a drunk person come up to me and tell me my wing is lifted on one side that the other. if my cousin noticed that, its something i have to fix. which today i did. like i said, im getting more excited the more i see the shape forming that way its suppose to look.
here you can see the end of the wing isnt straight. it curves in towards the driver side

here you can see its shaped how i want it.

and here its pointed up with a corner..kinda hard to tell.

not really noticeable but it bugs me knowing its there.

here i sanded it down to find high and low spots.

you can see here that the edge before it folds down is way off and is a huge low spot.

its all fixed now and i didnt take any pictures of it. more work will be put into it tomorrow. again i mentioned i didnt care how much this weigh because its a prototype to get it looking how its suppose to before the reproduction begins.

Try laying that filler a little more flat. That will help you get the low spots filled and it will also not be as much work sanding. Looks great, keep it up!
