oh ok. but like i said, should've kept the original harness, then got an ecu jumper harness and converted the dizzy to obd1 by either using an obd1 dizzy, getting a jumper harness for it as well, or just changing to obd1 plugs on it. not tryin to sound like a dick, just think it would have saved you guys some hassle is all.

well see, its not much of a hassel, the ecu came with the engine, gettin injectors for free, so only thing we need is just the wire harness, and i this donald(car owner) got it for about $50 or so, so its really no biggie

or did you mean you guys are converting it down to obd1? either way, should still use the original harness and then a jumper harness...
No, he must have had a typo, the old one was obd2 this one is obd1, the injectors have different plugs, yes I could have just bought a jumper harness, for 75$ but I found a wire harness for around the same, and I sleeve harnesses, so when I get my GSR im just going to sleeve the new one and sell it..

so you got an obd1 harness? you realize how differently they plug in? the ek's harness go through the fire wall straight to the ecu. obd1 cars harnesses plug in on strut tower of the engine bay and have a separate harness to go in to the ecu. as far as i know (and i could be wrong), you cant just slap an obd1 harness in there...

We have the obd2 harness, and the obd1 dizzy, so all we need is the obd2 to obd1 jumper

Paid for my headlights on the 2nd, today is the 7th and they still have not even been shipped!! Wtf! Paid for my Obd1 Harness on the 3rd, and it was shipped on the 4th, projected arrival date is the ninth!! Im so happy!

I pulled out the headlight harness today, im going to loom it, and run it through my fender well, then through the bumper support. Im also mounting my horn on the backside of bumper support! I heart sneaky **** but for real this is my first tuck, even though its not that big. I also removed my windsheild wiper fluid tank, not really neccessary here, and what an amount of space that thing took up. Not really much of an update but im just waiting on the parts!

anyways got on ups this morning, to track my ****, and even though we had problems with the headlight company they were in tennessee so its getting here the same day as the harness it said they were on the delievery route for today so if everything goes good today we will wire up the harness, and maybe set the hids up!

turns out that we just decided to swap i/m and dizzy, use the y7 harness and ecu. the d15b7 harness came up short and we will need to get a jumper to make it work, so we just swapped over the i/m, dizzy, y7 wire harness and y7 ecu to the b7 engine, only a few more things to do and she will b runnin
