F*ck those compensator arms man. Welding on a new nut will be super easy, just put the bolt in, tighten the new nut down and bring it to a shop and have them tack it in. With the bolt holding it in place you can be sure it gets welded in the right spot.
Looking good otherwise though, I cant wait till this thing is back in action, sucks what happened last year. On the way to MY place too

Re: *SHG_Riley's Midori Build*
Yeah it sucks, I mean the upside is that everything is being touched and its going to be like a new car, but it puts a dent in my savings not to mention working 2 jobs to have extra money for it which leads to no free time to work on it
I'm going to just cut the nut off, finish por'ing the section of the trailing arm, and have the shop thats pressing my bushings in tack on a new nut when I bring them in next week. I should have the other trailing arm done in a few days whenever I get a day off thats not the bbq lol I wanna have the rear done and the car on the ground by next weekend.
Then I can pull it out of the garage, turn it around and start ripping apart the front end and do the bay.

Finished the first trailing arm. Only thing left is to tack on a new nut. Going to start the other trailing arm now, once its finished the new bushings will be pressed in and they will be back on the car
I took a few comparison pictures just to show the difference.

So I started working on the driver side trailing arm, I got everything por'd and painted. The caliper is drying right now, and the trailing arm should be re-assembled by tomorrow. Then either mon or tues the bushings will be pressed in so I can get it back on the ground within a week
New Mugen trailing arm bushings, and Buddy Club rear camber kit.

Nice! The P1 arms are sick....
Tip for those before you install them - Take them all apart, and lube all the threads with moly lube or anti-seize. It will make adjusting them super easy once the car is together

Good idea
Finished putting the driver side trailing arm together. Just have to cut the nut off the pass. side; weld a new one on; and get the bushings pressed in.

Looks **** dude! Are you suing a different kind of satin POR? Stuff that Ive always used has been uber gloss.
Some new hub nut caps would finish those arms off nicely
