what kinda valves??
what kinda valves should i used with crower stage 2 cams??
would my stock bottom end be able to make power with the cams?
i almost 4got i have a b18a

JG, Supertech, SI, REV, Ferrea and crower all have decent valves. guess it really all comes down to budget and personal preference

i'm pretty much on a tight buget...so whats the cheapest out of all of them.
will my stock bottom end blow if you only do those 2 mods with adjustable cam gears?

you dont really need valves, you can get by with stock. You do need to go with a decent spring/retainer set up though. And yes, they will make power with your stock bottom end. A little compression will always help though

thanx..but my bro's friend told me that i would need valves or else i might bend my old ones...and blow my head and bottom end..he builds his own motors and it's pretty fast so i kinda believe him but would like more opinions on it first thanx

If you are an LSVTEC with a stock B18a bottom end becareful because the valve reliefs on LS pistons are smaller and you may have piston-to-valve clearance issues with bigger cams and running the intake advance on the cams.
This becomes even more of a problem when the head is milled since the bottom edge of the intake valves will come really close to the top edge of the valve reliefs. Also not runing properly located dowel pins for the head can also become problematic.
