Doing a valve adj. on my 97 gsr, what's the torque spec on the jam nut for the adjustment screw? I have a Helmes manual but no torque spec mentioned. thanks in advance people.

If there's a torque rating for that, I dont know it, I always do it till its tight, just not gorilla muscled.

use a valve adjustment tool, the handle's length is ideal torque for the nut..unless you're He-Man..
