!!! valve adjustment: torque specs on 12mm lock nuts???

In the process of doing a valve adjustment on the integra LS...

Does anyone know if there are torque specs on the lock nuts for the valves? Am I just supposed to make them sufficiently tight? Anyone have a Helms handy?... I left mine at home.

14 lb-ft...according to Helms.

i have always just snugged them pretty good and I have never had a problem
