Upgrades plan on B16a2, what u guys think?? !PINOY!
This coming summer I'm planning to do a swap with B16a2 to my 94 EG. Before I do the swap, I'd like to upgrade some of the external parts of the engine. Can you guys suggest whats the decent/best brands that will give a good performance to the engine. I'm heading to PHILIPPINES in MAY so I'll see a lot of JDM ***** there for sure and thats where i'm gonna pick up my upgrades. Can you guys help me out here. Thanks in advance guys!!!
Check out my list:
- Fuel Pump
- hi flow filter
- fuel rail
- injectors
- fuel pressure regulator
- Cams and Cam gears
- ignition system
- ECU

Add valvetrain....
Fuel rail isn't necessary
Sounds like a good start.

Re: (2civic3)
Cam's, get something a little bigger in there to help move air in and out, the first place to start making power is by getting more air in and out. This is why you see so many people starting with exhausts and intakes, although im not sure if they just like to be annoying with the sound. After cam's, i'd shoot for an intake manifold and then some fuel upgrades. After the exhuast has been done first. Anything more and the motor should come out.
