Default Spark plug problem

I'm using JE 12:5.1 compression pistons in a 95 gsr block w/ skunk stage 3 cams. Spark plug electrods are hitting the piston tops. I need to know the proper plug reach and gap to use in my setup.

PFR6G11-NGK's. The pistons hit the spark plugs? I have not seen that before, I am using JE 12.5:1 pistons in my engine with no interference issues.
